Property Casualty Insurance Association CEO Resigns Insurance industry veteran Ernie Csiszar has resigned as president and CEO of the Property Casualty Insurance Association of America, effective Sept. 30, 2006. Csiszar came to PCI in Aug. 2004 from the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, where he was president. Additionally, Csiszar served as South Carolina Director of Insurance from 1999 to 2004.
